Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your bebe purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and tagged merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate your request and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your return is authorized, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; be sure to keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, minus any applicable shipping fees.
